I’m so happy I did some researching before my trip and discovered this...
I always had wifi, the connection was always strong, it’s small easy to carry, I only needed to use the battery pack once but I was out of my hotel for 12 hours...
The experience couldn’t have been more pleasant! It was incredibly quick and easy picking it up from the airport post office, to setting it up with my phone, to returning it!
I wish everything in life was that simple!!
Definitely recommend this to everyone and I’m definitely ordering this again for my next trip :)

Japan Wireless was very kind and fast to help me change my dates of pick up and drop off of my device, and I thank them..I would recommand them if you need to have wifi during your stay in Japan and I would definitely use them again

The airport pick up and drop off were very easy and the internet speed was good though sometimes the signal disappeared for no clear reason. Anyway, I'd use this service again and recommend to anyone travelling to Japan.

My Pocket WiFi was not delivered to my Hotel, before my check in.
When I called to find out what happened, a customer service representative was very professional and immediately made an arrangement for another device to be delivered. She assured me it would be delivered before midnight. To my surprise, within one and a half hour later, it was delivered to my hotel. I was very pleased their care and professionalism.
