We used Japan wireless in a recent trip through Japan. Three iPhones depended on the device to stay connected and it did not fail. We did have an extra battery with us as with three devices we drained the battery by midday. But the company does provide you with an extra battery bank. Will definitely use them again.

Got approx 4 hours from device battery and approx another 4 from supplied backup battery. Coverage very good. Delivered to my hotel, perfect. Prepaid return envelope very convenient. At different times I connected my phone, iPad or other family members phones for short periods. Next time I will get eSIM for phone.

Tuvimos internet de buena velocidad durante todo el viaje. El cable proporcionado para usar la batería externa no funcionaba, por suerte llevábamos otros cables con nosotros. De todas formas el dispositivo cargándolo durante la noche aguantó todos los días perfectamente.

Package was at the hotel when we arrived - the pocket wi-fi was effective with clear instructions, easy drop off in the post box before going through security on the way out of Japan. Perfect for all our Japan needs, great coverage throughout our travels. My son was able to play games on his ipad while I browsed as well!
