I love how easy it was to log on and to use. I will definitely use again in future travels.

This really was an excellent system throughout my 3 week stay in Japan. I was connected the whole time and it gave me the ability to travel, get great information on the areas and stay in contact with friends and family. As we had several people within our group the wifi was more flexible and cheaper than multiple eSIMS. Pickup was a bit hard to find in the airport but being able to post back was so easy.

This router allowed us to have a good internet access during my stay in Japan.
It perfectly answered to my needs. I appreciate a lot that the device was waiting for me at my hotel. Also, it was easy for me to send the device back using the enveloppe provided by Japan Wireless.

We availed the pocket wifi during our more than 2 weeks traveling in Japan. Very helpful especially for the DIY travelers to navigate location. And they're very considerate. I will avail again on my next visit.

It was perfect from the time we picked it up, the 3-week trip through Japan, to the time it was put in the mailbox. We had no problems with the device. We always had an internet connection. Thank you for that!
