Avis

I placed my order 2 days before traveling to Japan. Picked up the wifi router at the airport in just a minute, and returning was a snap. The device provided great connectivity, and the battery lasted all day. Definitely great service and value.

Excellent coverage and service

Reserved my pocket WiFi a couple weeks in advance and it was ready for me to pick up at Haneda with no problems. Used it for about 3 weeks and always had reception with exception of being deep in the subway. I never had to use the battery pack if I left for my day with the WiFi fully charged- and that’s with two people using the bandwidth. Would rent again!

Great way to get data economically. Service worked without any glitches. Very happy and totally recommend.

Easy to use. Such a great asset for our trip!

Pocket wi-fi was essential and performed excellent.

Everything worked perfectly and we had no issues whatsoever

Pick up easy and quick. The device itself lasted all day with being out 12 hours with 2 devices connected. No need for the back up battery but nice that it was included.

good service and communication, timely shipping to hotel even with <1week notice. Have used several times!

I ordered the pocket WiFi when I got to the airport. The process was easy and very convenient. The shipping was fast because it came to the hotel by afternoon even though it was expected to be delivered by 23:00 on the same day. Would recommend to friends and family who would like to travel to Japan!
