Fantastic and cost effective.

Online reservation of the device was quick and easy, price more than ok, excellent value for money. Everything was ready for pick up when we arrived at Narita, the device worked immediately and the WiFi signal was good. Here and there, depending on where you are (tunnel, countryside), the signal might be slower and even drop off, but it’s still quite a rare occurrence. We connected up to 3 devices with no slowing down. Ideally, choose the option with unlimited speed and data. Overall, I would highly recommend this service when in Japan.

Easy to pick up and drop off
Plus product was great too

It worked everywhere at great speed

Easy to pick up and drop off. It worked well

Super suggested!!!!!

Easy to order, easy to install.
Used it with 2 iPhones and 2 iPads, no problem.
Lost connection once or twice in 3 weeks, in hills/mountains. Simple restart solved it.
Easy to return

Honest review from Italy-It's actually the best choice ever. Works perfectly AND everywhere, not a single problem connecting our devices, everything was SO easy that we couldn't ask for a better product. Thank you!

I consider it the best option for communications and data. Being able to connect several devices at the same time makes it the cheapest and most comfortable option.

The service is awesome and the modem works without any issues. Great solution to be connected.
