Great device, connection and speed. Top customer service. We had an issue and they resolved it extremely quickly. Will definetely yet again on my next trip to Japan

It worked pretty well. Good signal. It did die on me quicker than advertised.

Our family couldn’t have survived without this pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless! We will definitely order for one again when we come back. Being able to have it ready once we arrived at our hotel was a real plus!!

Very easy instructions for pick up and drop off. Everything was smooth and we always had wi-fi wherever we went. I would definitely use this service again for our next Japan trip!

We always utilize this service. We like it and will continue to utilize on our future trips.

fast internet connection

Using Japan Wireless is less expensive than using international service on my cell phone. Wi-fi coverage was great and fast. It was easy to install with the instructions we were given and easy to return at the airport. I highly recommend the service for international travelers who want to stay inexpensively connected.

Good service everywhere in Japan and easy to pick up and drop off. You can re-charge with your own portable charger or the charger they give you.
