I have tried a couple different pocket wifi's. Japan wireless was faster and stayed connected the whole time I was in Japan. My connection never slowed. I had my hotel return the device for me so it was even simpler than expected.

Super easy to book and pick up, and the wifi is fast and reliable.

Great service in Japan Wireless at pick up. Wifi was available everywhere with this device. Would recommend

Easy pickup and drop-off. Fast and reliable internet. Zero issues! Thank you so much.

After initial problems with settings everything worked perfectly during the whole stay. Thanks for the support team for immediate response and professional assistance!

This was exactly what we needed. We picked up with ease and was able to post the set back to the company as we left Tokyo. The set up kept us connected to the internet non-stop for the duration of our trip. Would highly recommend

Very good experience, though sometimes the wifi was not working without any apparent reasons.

Good duration, fairly fast, easy instructions

excellent experience! it was really convenient

Great way to have access to WiFi while on the go. Delivery and return was easy and quick. Everything included in kit was easy to use and even backup battery supply came in handy. All in a reasonable price.
