Easy hotel pick-up and drop-off at postal delivery. No problems with Wi-Fi connection. Will use Japan Wireless again on our next trip.

Very convenient! Very easy return process too. There's a post box inside Narita and you just have to drop it off before security check.

I highly recommend using Japan Wireless. No problems picking it up at the airport. It worked flawlessly. And dropped off was easy too.

From Fukuoka, Hiroshima, Okayama, Osaka, Kyoto, Japan Wireless is stable and reliable. About 4-5 devices can be accommodated.

Great customer service, very clear instructions, and device worked perfectly. What more can you ask for?

The service is excellent, my device worked perfectly during all 12 days I've been in Japan.

Amazing reliable devices! We got 2 of them since we won’t be in a single groups at all times.
We never had an issue using them!! We recommend them to anyone!

Very easy to use, easy to pick up and drop off at the airport especially with the included mailing envelope. The power bank was very useful too. My recommendation would be that maybe the power bank can be an optional addition for an extra fee so there's less things to bring for the customer, if they brought their own power bank.

The pocket wifi was delivered to our first hotel. We didn't have any major problems. Worked well for us. Had the hotel front desk mail it back to the vendor for us.

Good network coverage for use in Hokkaido and Tokyo. very satisfied.
