Avis

best the best, we used it with worry free. everything was smooth and comfortable.

It’s my second time using your service and it has never let me down till this point. Easy set up and instructions, couldn’t be any more satisfied. See you next year!!

I got this eSIM after landing in Narita and activated it successfully in my Google pixel 7 a, everything worked fine. Thank you for the service

We had the wifi sent to our hotel and received it upon check in. Then asked the hotel to mail it back to company upon check-out. It was very easy to go online to reserve it. Glad there was also an extra charging device because the router didn’t last that long. Hence the 4 stars. Otherwise staff was helpful and responded quickly when I contacted them with questions. Really appreciate that! 😊🙏🏻

ordered late on a Friday night and it was delivered to our motel Sunday afternoon.
very good service

Excellent service!!! I will recommend to my friends

Easy installation, great service

I had great success with this. It worked first time out of the box and continued to work in Tokyo, Kyoto and even on the Bullet Train. It lasted all day and was super fast. I will definitely be getting this next time. Just a handy hint: they give you a prepaid envelope to post it back, but the post box at Haneda Airport Terminal 3 was so full I just about managed to post it. This could be a problem if the post box was full and you're already at the airport.

It worked during my stay in Japan. Nothing to add: it does what it promises to do. Recommend.

I’ve used Japan Wireless 3 years in a row. Very impressed with their customer service. They let me know when the device was delivered to my hotel and when they received back from me. I plan to use them again when I return to Japan next year. Thank you Japan Wireless
