Works great in Osaka and Tokyo and many different locations bear by.

Have to make sure to charge it every night, but otherwise was very dependable and covenient.

We've used Japan Wireless premium last year and this year when we visited again Japan. It's really a good WiFi anywhere and everywhere we went. Would recommend it to anyone planning their visit in Japan.

The pocket wifi was easy to set up and use. We had no problems getting our Android phones connected to it. We had great service throughout our trip, but we did primarily stay in Tokyo the entire time. The battery life of the pocket wifi was great too.

Ordering on line was easy. The package was delivered to my hotel with good instructions and worked perfectly throughout my entire two week trip. It was good value and invaluable.

Japan wireless was east to order and return. The WiFi speed was perfect and communication with Japan wireless was very efficient. Love the email notifications that allowed me to know Japan wireless received the return product. Great communication, reliable and honest company. Thank you for making our trip to Japan enjoyable.
