Easy to order and clear direction for pick up. Instructions to set up and use the device was straightforward and easy to follow.

There were a few minor occasions where I lost the signal, but it would come back quickly. Otherwise, I didn't have any issues.

Quick, easy to use, reliable, and reasonably priced. Everything worked well. The pick up and set up were easy to do. Thanks!

Second time using Japan Wireless. Easy, well priced and perfect for my 10 days stay in Japan.

Very good service, simple, practical and with a magnificent quality-price ratio.

thank you for the excellent service. I highly recommend using you

Thank you for providing the WiFi. As in previous years, it was excellent service! Very good reception on my travel routes from Kagoshima and Nagasaki to Morioka, in the Kurobe Valley or in Yamadera. I can't say why the cell phone disconnected from the WiFi a few times, but after resetting the WiFi everything was fine again.

Good luck, success and health in the Year of the Snake!

Best regards from Dresden

Highly recommended. Strong signal all over Fukuoka. Faaasst downloads. Reliable and good pricing.

Made going around Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto so convenient. I am technically challenged but this was easy to use.

Easy - have used this everytime we've come to Japan!
