With the airport wifi upon arrival, it is easy to set up. As I do not have an extra phone, I couldn’t scan the QR but did it manually which works well.
Connection is great throughout. At times, will require to disconnect and reconnect again to re-establish network.

Dependable and easy to use.

The pocket WiFi worked great for the entire time we were in Japan. Highly recommend for the cost and convenience!

We are happy with the pocket wirefire unit. We had a very consistent internet connection with reasonable battery usage.

I appreciate that I can always request for my WiFi to be delivered to my hotel and waiting for me upon check in. We’ve rented from Japan Wireless since 2019 and we plan to continue to do so on our annual trips to Japan. I highly recommend Japan Wireless as our go to company.

1st time using it and will use it again when I go back. Highly recommend!

Love how right when inarrived it worked instantly and the data was top speeds thanks for all that you do! This is my 3rd time using!! And will continue to always use this!
