Good quality and service, very comfortable using during your trip around Japan

Worked perfect every day. Will for sure use it again on our next trip.

Product was professionally packaged and ready for me at Narita Airport when I arrived from the States. No issues with getting it connected onto their network and getting my devices attached with Wifi. Data speeds were way better than I could get back home. It is a Japanese company with great service. No comparison.

Wifi was fast and stable throughout Okinawa (I went as far north as Churaumi Aquarium). But i somehow burst the data “limit”! Foreign tourists beware: if you use too much data your speed will drop to an unusable level, so I advise turning off cloud backup and checking your streaming settings (because your devices think they are on wifi, which usually uses more data).
Japan Wireless was quick to respond when I contacted them, and offered a solution.

Smooth and reliable. Will rent again next time
