Avis

Easy to use. Easy to change location of pickup and good to have extra battery backup.

Excellent: price was very good, coverage was universal within Japan, battery life was fine, would have been lost without it, so highly recommend

Portable wifi was at the hotel when I arrived and worked perfectly!

Very nice people and excellent wifi coverage.

Convenient and easy to use.

Very satisfied with the speed and performance of the pocket wifi. No issues and no hiccups. The only drawback is the powerbank is unable ot fully charge the unit from full usage and rather slow charging.

During our recent trip to Japan, we used a Japan Wi-Fi service that truly enhanced our experience. The coverage was exceptional, providing fast and reliable connections even in more remote areas. It was a game-changer for navigating the country, booking last-minute accommodations, and staying in touch with family. The device was easy to set up, and the customer service was outstanding—helpful and prompt whenever we had questions. This service gave us peace of mind and made our travels smoother, safer, and more enjoyable. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Japan!

Excellent and reliable coverage.
Easy to use service.
Would definitely recommend for your next Japan holiday.

Service is affordable and convenient. Appreciated the wifi delivery to hotel and return envelope made it so easy to do equipment return!

We arrived in Japan planning to use our cell phones with an international plan. We quickly realized that the data speeds weren't going to be sufficient. I ordered the unit and it was delivered the same day to our hotel. It worked great in every location of our trip. Four phones connected and no lag. Highly recommend!
