Avis

This is the 3rd time I have used Japan Wireless and will continue to do so. Collection at the airport is easy and quick. Setup takes 30 seconds and the signal is always great. The only time we had a weak signal was on top of Mt.Aso, which can be expected! Thank you once again!

Quick and easy to place an order. Pick up was fast and communication was thorough. Instructions were easy to follow and nevee had any issue with the wifi coverage or equipment. Will definitely use again on our next trip!!! Highly recommended!!!

Pick up was easy at Narita and wifi device worked fantastically well. 100% recommend

TOp coverage ! Great reactivity with the supplier.

Sim worked great the entire trip

It was so easy and convenient. Very thankful for the continuous wifi access throughout my trip in Japan.

We were very happy for this purchase, which is at a reasonable price and was very good.

Easy pickup and return! No problems with device

Convinient from airport pick up to return in post box, easy to handle, and reliable for my family. We stayed connected during the vacation in FUK, JPN last December 2024

I’ve hardly had any issues with the setup and connection. Super simple and easy to use. I highly recommend and would use again in the future!
