Great product! Collected from my hotel lobby on arrival and dropped off at the airport before heading home. Reliable and fast connection, easy to use, had absolutely no issues.

The experience was worry free. I had access to wifi anytime regardless of where I was. I plan to use the pocket wifi next time I visit Japan .

The wifi was delivered to our hotel the next day and work very well for all 4 users in our party. The return process was even easier as the post box was by the security gate. Good service and system.
