This is the second time I have rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Excellent! I arranged to receive the pocket wifi at my hotel (both visits) and it was there waiting for me when I arrived! Highly recommend!

They did what they said they would do and provided the service they advertised. I would recommend them!!!

Superior service! Highly recommended and reliable! Delivered to our hotel and it was waiting for us upon check-in. Good wifi service on the go and when we left, we dropped the items in a paid, pre-addressed packet and put it in the post box. Simple, easy. The best! Thank you!

The whole process was seamless. From online ordering,to collection at Haneda Airport, use throughout Japan, communication about issues, to return via mail. I can highly recommend. It was a great way to stay connected. Our family of 4 had two devices, which we shared, depending on our movements.

great service fast speed

Very good. Will use next time!

Great service and product as always

Very handy and working well whole time.

No hassle at all! From pick up to return. And signal is excellent!

This is our second time using Japan wireless pocket wifi. It’s very convenient and the connection is reliable. We will avail of this service again when we come back to Japan.
