The product is very reliable and all necessary items was provided. However, the pocket wifi and powerbank should have been fully charged upon receipt from the kiosk/counter to allow immediate use.

First time I’ve used a portable wifi and it was perfect, can HIGHLY recommend. Ordering from Japan Wireless was really easy and wifi was there and waiting for me at the hotel when we arrived.

Connection was super easy and the whole family used the wifi for our whole trip with no issues whatsoever, and it was used constantly by the 3 of us.

On our way back we just popped it in the envelope provided and dropped it in the post box at the airport, so could use it pretty much until we went through the security gates.

Excellent service and comfort

It was super easy to book, pick up and set up the device. It saved us a lot in roaming charges, we could all connect and the battery is long lasting. Communication was great, price was great and drop off instructions were super easy

Overall, I was satisfied with my wifi. My main problem was that the battery was drained pretty quickly and the portable charger wasn’t that good. Luckily, I carried my own charger. My brother went through a different company and his device lasted much longer. The service only dropped a couple of times, but quickly came back. Otherwise, reliable service.

This is probably my 3rd or 4th time renting a MiFi from Japan-wireless. Each time device arrived at its location ahead of schedule, easy to setup, and the speed was sufficient for me and family of 4 to use and stream the internet throughout the day. I would recommend this company to anyone.

It was eazy to get and use. It worked very well and we didn´t have any problem in our trip. We recomend for all!

Ordered before we landed in Japan, convenient pick up at the airport and convenient drop off at the airport. Must have for any tourist, never had to use the backup battery power. Really gave us a lot of ease while travelling in Japan.

Pickup was easy. Activation and pairing with devices easy. Battery life great. connection a speed great. Drop off was easy. Would definitely do this again in japan. It only cut out when i was under mountains and the charge bank provided didnt keep charge but hey the actual wifi buddy didnt need it.

Stable fast wifi, coming with a power bank for endless use! Very satisfied 😃
