I recently used Japan Wireless' pocket WiFi rental during my trip to Japan, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, making my travels hassle-free and well-connected.

The pocket WiFi provided a strong and stable internet connection throughout my trip, whether I was in busy city areas like Kyoto and Osaka or exploring more rural destinations. Speeds were consistently fast, making it easy to browse, stream, and use navigation apps without any lag.

I opted for the airport pickup option and the device was ready to be picked up at nest upon arrival. Returning it was just as simple – I placed it in the prepaid return envelope and dropped it in a postbox at KIX before heading home.

The device lasted me almost the entire day with continuous use. There is an included power bank to recharge the device while still on the go.

I didn't encounter any speed or connectivity issues.

The rental price was very reasonable.

This is my second time renting a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. In both times, I did not encounter any issues with speed and connectivity.

I definitely recommend this to other travelers to Japan.

Used Pocket wifi for 9 days in Tokyo and Osaka. Signal is very strong. Battery easily lasts the whole day, but a battery pack is included also. Will use again.
