My wife and I used this for our 17 day trip in Japan. Never had any issues. Charged it at night and battery lasted 12 hours during day without issue. Worked in subway areas, remote areas. Highly recommend for price.

I recommend Japan Wireless to anyone who is planning on visiting Japan. The experience was hassle-free and the connection was reliable.

I've been using Japan Wireless since 2019 and the service is ALWAYS amazing. The newer adapters especially are amazing (they're a little bigger than the old ones, but I've found the speed is much better, and they hold a charge longer). The service is hassle-free and extremely easy to use. I always arrange for delivery to my Hotels and I've never had any problems picking it up, getting it set up, using it, and returning it. As I say, I've been using the service for years and will certainly be using again on my next trip!

Very easy pickup and drop off. Always had strong connectivity, easy to set up, easy to connect cell phones, lap tops and iPads.
