Very easy to find the stand on the airport and drop off
I have WiFi everywhere in Japan

The ease of set up and use of the Japan wireless portable Wifi was very convenient and a great product. Will recommend Japan Wireless to family and friends who will be travelling to Japan. Thank you Japan Wireless for making my connectivity a breeze while I was in Japan.

Overall great. Never had issue operating the device. There was connectivity from the second I turned it on to the point I returned it. Will use again next year when I return.

I always order my portable Wi-Fi device from Japan Wireless. The devices are usually in good working condition and really help me stay connected to Wi-Fi. I had a challenging time trying to find the kiosk at Haneda Airport this past trip. But it's only because I am not used to the layout for Haneda Airport. Service is always great and love the easy way to return the device.

Its good for travelling. Average if you charge full the modem, it will last for 2/3rd of the day. Just remember to fully charge before you went out
