I found this wifi very useful traveling in Japan as a person who only spoke English. I always had translation and map apps available to me. I could communicate with other people I was traveling with my messaging apps instead of expensive phone calls. They held their charge - there were only two times I had to use the backup power pack. And I could read my home newspaper or play games on long train rides. I recommend this to all travellers.
