Are use this service every time I come to Japan. No problems or issues ever. 👍🏻

Loved this system. Never lost signal and battery lasted a long time. Never used the power bank. Highly recommend

Excellent service. Pocket WiFi arrived at the hotel very early. Signal strength was great in various places in Tokyo visited.

Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi has never let us down in all our trips over the years

Sempre tutto perfetto !! Connessione e assistenza !! Grazie

This small on-the-go WiFi is a game-changer! It’s compact, easy to set up, and provides a strong, reliable connection wherever I go. The battery life is impressive, and it works seamlessly for streaming, browsing, and video calls. Perfect for travel, remote work, or staying connected on the move. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! Very convenient

We had great connection to WiFi everywhere we went. It was easy to pick up and return through postal.

This is the 2nd time we have used Japan Wireless on a trip to Japan. Love that the router is dropped off at the hotel for when we arrive and the ease of returning via their pre-paid envelope which is dropped at the airport before we fly home. Such a great service if you have 2 or more people needing to connect to the Internet.

Good service. WIFI is stable.

Family of 4. We found this very easy to use. From ordering to drop off it was hassle free process.
