Easy set up, love the unlimited data. Only suggestion would be to allow more device s to be connected

Reliable internet everywhere I went in Japan. The only place is dipped a little was a cellular deadspot even for my Google Fi and it was in rural Hokkaido. Definite recommend! I always use Japan Wireless!

I had great wifi the whole 8 days I was in Japan! Super easy to use and 100% recommend to out of town and even if you already live in Japan but are traveling to another part of Japan for a few days, I would recommend this pocket wifi!

I had to cancel my order, but they were very understanding and profesionnal about it, and it was done instantly.

Easy to pick up from airport and set up. Worked really well for the whole time we were on holiday. Good range, speed and battery life (with provided powerbank). Easy return at airport. Would recommend.
