great internet for a group of 5 people all the time in Kyoto and Tokyo

I found having the wifi and extra battery invaluable while traveling around Japan. It was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived, was super easy to set up and easy to drop off before my departure. I had a slight issue on the first day with recharging, but Japan Wireless dealt with it smoothly and professionally. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

This was our first time directly using the services of a local internet service provider in a foreign country. The two prepaid sims, the pocket wifi and the pocket translator were promptly delivered to our hotel a few days before we arrived. The two packages were waiting for us when we checked in.

The instructions for installing the SIMs, and using the pocket wifi and pocket translator were clear, concise and easy to understand. I had no problems activating the devices.

The SIMS were to be used as back-up internet connections in case the pocket wifi failed or ran out of battery. That combination worked very well although we used the pocket wifi mostly and the SIMs only at times.

The internet connection was very dependable and crucial when we were navigating the train systems, looking for the venues and taxi stands. During our week long trip, the internet connection and signal did not fail us during the more crucial travel moments (even when we went underground to the subway.)

With one smart phone connected (sometimes two), the pocket wifi battery was good enough to last most of the day. The charging time for the pocket wifi and its power bank was faster than expected.

The self addressed envelope and the instructions to return the equipment was also very clear and easy to understand. It was easy finding the post office at the airport where I dropped the package off.

I highly recommend Japan Wireless to anyone visiting Japan.

The whole process from ordering the SIM to inserting it and using it was so simple, I had no problems. I also liked that my SIM was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived, stress free!

made returning it very easy. I highly recommend. 

Easy collection from the airport. It worked perfectly on our 18 days in Japan. We traveled from Tokyo to the remote mountain regions of Japan and not a problem. The drop off at the airport on departure was easy also. On a side note (as one couple found out) once you go through security at the international airport there are no Post boxes. Remember to drop it off before security

It was super easy and convenient to get and return our WiFi during our first visit to Japan at the Narita Airport. They gave us everything we needed in the pouch along with a backup battery and instructions on how to return our WiFi . Will definitely be using them again on our next visit. Plus it was very affordable

The whole prosess was painless and both wifis worked like a dream. We had internet within an hour after customs in Haneda.
