The pocket wi-fi was an excellent investment, and much cheaper than our mobile phone roaming charges. It was easy to collect and return at the airports, and was fully charged when collected. The connection was good even in rural areas, and the charge lasted all day. I would highly recommend.

Very efficient & excellent service

Didn't encounter problems whatsoever. Used one set of equipment for 8 travellers. Everyone satisfied on the road.

Although Japan wifi can be found in all hotels and all centers, if you want to visit for Tokyo little touristy or if you see resorts outside tourist tours wifi pocket is the best. Used by 4 people together. Easy delivery to the hotel. Returned to the mailbox found in the hotel.

We were in Japan for two weeks and the esim worked flawlessly. Always had signal. Actually much faster than our regular service in the USA.
