Very reliable and easy to use! Highly recommend!!

The whole process of ordering pocket WiFi was super simple. I was able to collect it at Haneda airport which was very convenient. Instructions on how to operate the WiFi were very clear. The fact that I could return the items received through any post box was most convenient. Overall I was extremely happy with the product and would highly recommend Japan Wireless.

Worked great everywhere! No issues whatsoever.

Smooth activation and no issues with connectivity or coverage in Tokyo, Nara, and Kyoto.

Worked well with good connectivity everywhere we went

I had a great experience in hiring the pocket wifi at the airport and returning back at the airport post box. Every single instruction on how to use are very user friendly. The connection and signal strength was great across many cities. I would definitely hire again on my next trip to Japan.

The device worked flawlessly throughout our trip. It was also very reasonably priced. Thank you for organizing it.Thanks so much

Good total service…..

In May we had two standard LTE cards from the IIJ operator from Japan Wireless and it cost us a lot of nerves. IIJ is really bad and they say there were a lot of visitors in Japan. Now we have two cards from AU from Japan Wireless 5G and we were really satisfied, AU sim cards are excellent. We will only buy these cards from now on. Thank you. Radek.
