Very handy and easy to use. Great to have when travelling outside of your own data carrier.

Easy pick up and return. Worked flawlessly during the rental period.

Pickup at the airport went smoothly, and the return was made in the provided envelope, which had to be dropped off at the mailbox. Installation was very easy, and there was a good internet connection for the most part.

Great experience. Customer service was very responsive and quick. Internet service was great!

Great service m. Wi-Fi arrived on time and worked perfectly

Japan Wireless' pocket wi-fi was excellent. It was easy to set-up once we picked it up at the airport, and it worked no matter where we went. On a full charge, you can get wi-fi coverage for about 10 hours. One of the best things about the rental is that it comes with a spare charging bank which will charge the pocket wi-fi to about 60%, giving you around 6 additional hours of coverage.

The rental came with a drop-off envelope, which made it easy to return the device. Next time when we're in Japan, we'll definitely rent again from Japan Wireless!

Really efficient ! Good price compare to the service

Easy process for pick up and drop off. Super easy to use and had no connection problems at all.

Great and efficient!

It worked amazing and the pricing was not bad for the days I had it ! When everyone else internet in my group, failed, mine kept working because I had the pocket WiFi . Highly recommend
