Absolutely no problem with this device! Highly recommended.

The wifi hotspot is fantastic for a family and multiple devices. It is reliable and great service in having the hotspot waiting at our first hotel.

Super happy I got pocket wifi. It was easy to pick up and drop off and worked perfectly!

I from Malaysia and I ordered it through email less than 15hrs before arrival in Osaka (which is too last minute for them to prepare). However, they quickly replied me, apologize and told me that with the time given, they only can send to post office nearby ( I'm totally cool with it, given that they quick reply and provide me a solution). I totally visit Japan again by using Japan Wireless Wifi as my pocket wifi.

This little device will take much of the adventure out travel. If you prefer to rub sticks together to make fire this is not for you. Seriously though excellent customer service. Excellent coverage. Speed. Faster than the hotel wifi by light years. It really makes life easier to always be connected. It is a travel essential.

A very useful to have battery life was the only issue that we could’ve left a little longer

Super fast and efficient

Very well packaged and thoughtful to include charger. Worked great and charger was necessary on our tours as we were out all day.

absolute essential if travelling to Japan. Picked up at airport ( excellent directions provided). Travelled all over Japan, always had coverage.

Ordered it a couple days before I landed in HND. It arrived on time and pick up was easy. I never had a problem with the wifi and it was consistently fast. I would definitely use this again the next time I come to Japan.
