Everything was perfect, I never had a problem with anything and it is really easy to return.

Very good unit to use. The most recent one i have problem with the unit and the customer service asked me to restart the unit and if the problem still persist he offered to exchange the unit. However after restarting it works fine! The most important the customer service very prompt in replying my email!! keep it up!

The unit served its purpose effectively. Coming with spare battery and charger contributed to a successful access to WiFi connectivity during the duration of the rental period.
It arrived on time and it was easy to return the equipment.

WiFi worked great everywhere we went. No problems whatsoever! Two of us shared the WiFi and neither one of us had issues while using it simultaneously. I would definitely order this again next time I visit Japan.

Excellent service

Solid connections throughout the entirety of our trip in Japan (Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka). Would highly recommend external battery as it barely lasts half a day as a standalone.
