Avis

Excellent service easy return. We travelled Japan along Japan Rail West, coverage was excellent. Very Happy.

The prepaid card SIM was basically exactly what I wanted. Great price, sufficient amount of data to use social networks and for navigation and the speeds are 4G.

Without this device it would be difficult to stay in contact with work and family.

I've used this service twice now and both times what was promised was delivered. Definitely recommend this product.

very good

What a great idea for travelers.

I used this for my recent travels to Japan, where I stayed for 2 weeks. This was SO HELPFUL! The place we stayed had Wi-Fi, but it stopped working after a week. This was key to our being able to navigate and communicate with loved ones back home.

first modem failed, but was promptly replaced. one of the battery packs also failed to hold a charge all day, but that may be asking too much.
there should be a number to call on weekends to back up the service

Great service , coverage and convenience at national level

Once we got this working and our phones connected, it was superb. It was great being online even in the Metro. Spare battery was good. However, we needed a Japanese speaker to help get us connected, as the instructions were not clear enough and largely in Japanese on the device itself. But would rent again.
