Excellent! We are always connected whenever and wherever we go!

We traveled to Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, and Osaka and the pocket wifi was great for traveling between all those areas. No signal issues at any point, even when traveling on the Shinkansen. We had 4 phones connected to it and the speed was great. We used this instead of sim cards or an international plan so we could have access to the internet, apps, and google maps. Great price, easy pick up and drop off at the airports. The battery lasted most of our day and they provided a battery power pack too. No issues for anyone trying to log on. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to have portable internet access! Fits easily into a purse or pocket and totally worth it.

I couldn't fault the service offer by Japan Wireless, or the product itself.
It was at my hotel when I arrived. Easy to use through out my trip in Japan and easy to drop off at the airport post office on my departure.
I would highly recommend Japan Wifi and would use it again when traveling in Japan.

This was perfect for e-mails, texts and web surfing. Since I wasn't planning on doing much streaming, I opted for this model rather than the premium (187 Mbps) model. This was fast and perfect for what I needed (laptop & cell phone), and the battery lasted all day. Never needed to use the extra battery provided.

really easy to use

WiFi parcel is ready at hotel on the day I check in! Instructions are clear and simple, battery lasts for good 8 hours! I just put it in my smal small / jeans pockets, shared WiFi with few devices. Fairly good download/ upload speed. Prepaid return envelope enclosed, easy no hassle. If I visit japan again, I’ll definately order it again!
