The unit performed perfectly throughout our vacation to Japan. We visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Kobe, Okayama, Kaga Onsen and Hakone. Internet speed was fast and we were able to watch Netflix videos. The cost was fair for the 24 days we were in Japan. I never needed to use the portable charger that was supplied. I was very pleased with my experience. It is a turnkey operation.
