Doubted the practicality at first, however the device was delivered without issue, never let us down and made our holiday to Japan so much easier. In fact, without it we would have been lost! Highly recommend!!

We spent a lot of time deciding to have pocket WiFi or change the sim in the phone for our trip to Tokyo.

We choose pocket WiFi and couldn’t have been happier. It made a great trip into an amazing trip. We were able to access google maps wherever we needed to make travelling around the city so easy. Loved it, would make it an essential for any Japan trip

Wonderful product, ordered online for delivery at airport. Used it the whole stay, 2 weeks. Good speed, no trouble, worked like a charm, easy to use.

Using the pre paid some card option for 2 weeks. Fast 4g network coverage most of the time. Was great for communication between us, google maps general browsing, YouTube and some picture sharing. Properly didn't use a lot of traffic, since we were on wifi in the hotels, didn't really think about it. Sony XZ5 compact and Samsung S10 Europe version.

This little pocket wifi was so handy to have when traveling around Japan as it's so handy to get access to maps or google things when you're wandering around. Japan wireless made the process so easy delivering it to my hotel before I arrived and easy instructions for use and return. Customer service was great when I had questions. I don't know how I would have travelled around without it!!

Good battery, useful the extra power bank and good WiFi signal almost everywhere

The wifi was reliable our entire trip, with pretty decent battery life for pretty constant use. I would certainly recommend getting this for your trip.
