The device worked great the entire trip. The pick up and drop off process is very easy and convenient.

A very good product

This was such an amazing thing to have travelling around Japan. It made our journey stress free and we were able to access the internet anywhere we went, especially for Google Maps! Easy to set up and use. A must have when travelling to Japan!

This is a great device especially if there are several family memebers .
The battery life was good and we never had any issues with connectivity.
Only one snag was the router stopped working and I struggled to understand why - when I calle stage Helpdesk they tallmed me through a reboots which got it working .

Efficient. Package waiting at our 1st hotel. Easy to get started. We had Wi-Fi even in fairly remote areas. Gave it back to our last hotel to post although losts of post boxes at airport. Could not have managed without it. Also battery charger very useful for our phones too.
