Practical and easy to use. Everything as advertised, simple to pick up, return, great battery life, great coverage, good range.

This product is great, but not with faults. We have a couple of occasions while traveling via train where it disconnected for 10-30 mins, it seemed to be fine when getting to the next major town/city. We also had an issue with the portable battery they supplied but we just used one of our own and it was fine. The support team did offer us plenty of solutions but none of them worked for us due to the nature of our trip, nonetheless, the support was great.
In my opinion, a must have and a great company to go with.

This pocket WiFi is so easy to use. There were 3 of us connected to this pocket WiFi while on the go all day in Japan and our connection never failed — and the speed, amazing! Make sure to bring the portable charger (included on the rental) with you at all times since the battery life does not last too long when more than 1 person is connected to it at the same time. Returning this product is also hassle free. No extra paperwork to fill out.

We have been travelling in Japan for 20 days. Never been out of internet due to this poket wifi. Even at hotels I would use this above the hotel wifi cause it is faster.

This was extremely easy and comfortable. It was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived and returning it could not have been simpler. It was very nice to not have to worry about using up data and speed was always great.

La scelta è stata eccellente appena arrivati in hotel il nostro pocket wi-fi era già lì ad aspettarci, copertura eccellente e batteria di scorta. Busta in dotazione per rispedirlo al termine della vacanza che in tutti gli hotel ritirano.
