No issues at all! Would definitely use their service once we’re back in Japan again.

Reliable and easy to use

I used this router a couple of days for my phone and a couple of days with a few people on laptops and phones together and everything worked really good.

We loved the wireless router. Best advice anybody could give us. Worked immediately

Perfectly

Excellent Wi-Fi service and very good price! We had all the time a high speed and reliable connection, which made our journey much easier (Google Map). Also could our families follow closely our adventure and share the nice photos we shot.

Cómodo de reciger y devolver y todo en perfecto estado.
Repetiría.

It functions perfectly. Nevertheless it was sent to the hotel with the same name in Kyoto instead of Tokyo...

Great service! The battery pack was a nice touch. Easy to use and easy to return via the pre-filled letter.

Great device. Great service. One remark: always bring the power bank to get you through the day.
