Worked great and made my trip to Tokyo so much easier

Easy start up in the airport after pick up at the post office; super fast and reliable (watched movies without lag); long battery life (recharged once during the day); easy drop off in the airport mailbox

Very good and very helpful. Delivery to my hotel for me to get when I arrived. Good price and good signal. I didn’t need the portable battery but it was good to have. A helpful carry bag for all the items and easy to return by putting in a letter box. 10/10 would use again.

The device worked well for the duration of our stay. On rare occations it lost connection without reconnecting and had to be reset.
