Was great to have this device delivered direct to our hotel and waiting for us on arrival. Very useful in finding our way around, particularly in Tokyo.

This worked exactly as described. Ready at our hotel when we checked in, super simple set up, worked 100% of the time and never needed the back up battery provided. The hardest bit was finding the post office box to drop off before customs! And that only took 2 minutes. Highly recommend.

The device worked very well, although I had to re-start it sometimes because it didn't work correctly a couple of times. The battery was very useful everyday but it only lasted for 1 charge. Something to point out is that you need to bring another cable with you to charge the device and the battery because it's only given 1charging cable. Overall I was happy.

The shown product is not the one we had delivered. However the one we had (maybe an older model) worked like a charm. Always reliable and never any problems. Used it l with equal success in Tokyo, Kanazawa, Kyoto on Ito peninsula and on Hokkaido in remote regions.
I recommend this service.
