I rented one for myself and one for my husband. It wa steady to use and we were able to freely use all the online things we normally do! I will definitely use it again in the future!!

We used this for 12 days from Tokyo, Osaka, Yudanaka and Hakone. Fully charged it worked all day and didn't need any recharging even though they provided extra battery. Well worth it. Was delivered to hotel and we returned it to Post Box in Narita Terminal 1. Have recommended it to my other friends already.

This wifi was very helpful to us during our stay in Japan. So easy to set-up and convenient. We’ll definitely get this one again when we go back to Japan. Highly recommendable!

It was easy to collect & use. The battery did run down reasonably fast however but we found it invaluable being able to stay in touch with family on our trip & using it to navigate.

I love that Japan Wireless has never been a disappointment in terms of quality service. Appreciate the email tips i received as well. However the speed of the internet i got during my entire stay in Osaka never reached 30MBps. Having said this, internet was not a problem at all for us since we got highspeed internet in the hotels we stayed in. And 30MBps while roaming Osaka is just enough for our needs

I cry with me everyday the days I was in Japan I would love to have kind of service Japan wireless provided when I travel another country.

I am glad we pre-ordered Premium Wi-Fi (187Mbps) when we went to Japan for travel. We were able to receive great signal anywhere in Japan from day 1. Mailing the device back in a pre-paid envelope was very easy, too.
