Good connect and strong signal. Worked better than my friends T-Mobile signal. Battery lasted about 6-10 hours and it comes with an extra portable battery.

This was my first visit to Japan and understandably I was quite nervous about communication. From initial order to drop off, this was by far the best experience. The battery life lasted all day and charging was super quick. I would rent from Japan Wireless again. Mahalo

It's was very good and usefull for people who don't have esim

The wifi was super easy to set up. The battery lasted for a full 12 hours on a full charge and the three adults in our group shared the WiFi absolutely seamlessly. We were all very satisfied.

Using the Pocket WiFi system has been very easy and effective to use as I traveled in a very congested environment ie Tokyo and Kyoto

Especially useful when navigating the subway and bus system
