Ease of obtaining in Japan, especially when able to pickup at hotel Villa Fontaine

This is the second time renting a wifi device in Japan while traveling. Easy process to receive and return.

Tutto perfetto, arrivato in Hotel nei tempi richiesti e utilissimo da utilizzare in Giappone

To give 2 or more people access to internet cheap and easy

This is my 3rd time using the Japan Wireless wifi router on a 2 week trip in Japan. It works great and the power pack is definitely helpful since the router battery only has enough power to get you to mid-afternoon. Easy to log on the first time and my phone reconnected automatically every day after that. About $90 USD for 2 weeks of service. Easy to drop in the mail on the last day with the prepaid envelope. My only small complaint is that the location to pick it up at Haneda Terminal 3 was difficult to find. The location is in the fine fine print.

The premium Wi-Fi was such a nice thing to have when visiting Japan. I rarely had any problems with it and was really nice to have. The battery lasted most of the day and if it was ever low, I could charge it with the included external battery.

Great delivery to hotel for our delivery and easy postage back at airport. Unlimited wfi at great price

we used this on a recent trip and it was invaluable.wo. Would definitely recommend and use again when we return.

I rented a wireless hotspot for my two week trip and had great service the entire time. Picking up at the airport was really convenient.

Great service and value. I made an error last minute when choosing thee airport for collection, and the team were able ro still deliver to thhe correct address at little additional codt . Thank you!
