Avis

Easy to order, pick up, use, & return. We had the unit sent to our first hotel, then dropped it off at the post office at the airport. The battery held a charge all day (didn't really need the power bank it came with, but it was nice to have on hand) & coverage was not an issue. Most of our time was spent in Osaka & Kyoto; we never had any connectivity problems. Very fair price for the quality of service. Overall excellent experience! Would absolutely utilize this company again on our next visit.

Worked perfect without any issues.

I could not recommend this product enough. Absolutely essential when traveling through Japan!

Great pocket wi-fi and data speeds, not 5 stars because external battery wasn't working but customer service, product all A+++++

Love this product. Will email you before the week ends to order again for our upcoming trip to Sapporo for end week of December. Thank you!

Used JW on two trips now and have been really satisfied with the service

Wifi connect was strong and stable even going outside the city

Great Service even on short notice at ordering. They really help me solve my problem.

Everything went as outlined.....ordered the pocket wifi, it was at out hotel when we arrived, it worked in all areas as needed.
Then popped it into the prepaid envelope for the return as planned.
I would do this again anytime & have recommended to several others.

It works perfect all around Japan. You will never run out of battery or signal.
