Brilliant connection throughout trip. Couldn’t have managed without it!

So easy to pick up and have internet during our trip!

Perfect, it's working everywhere.
Very easy to use, good autonomy of the power supplier.

Great kit for being online while travelling Japan.

Everything is worked perfectly : > highly recommended :)

This made our life so much easier. Navigation was simple with this and I think we could not have travelled as easily without it. One full charge lasted all day. Indispensable!

Having fast, reliable WiFi with us at all times made life easy for our group. Most days we didn't need the additional battery but if we had long days out we used the additional power to keep us connected.
Japan Wireless was so easy the only two challenges are remembering to charge every night and to pick up when going out!!
A brilliant product for anyone travelling in Japan especially when combined with great Apps for trains, metro, tourist sites, weather warnings etc.

Thanks to the service. It is a good helper while in Japan. Powerbank helped a lot. Thanks for the service. Next time I will definitely use your service! Thanks and good wishes !!!

Easy to use and reliable. A small hiccup at first connecting, but worked after I restarted my phone twice after inserting the sim card. No issues with connectivity at all, even when travelling all over the country. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Overall very happy with the experience! A few times the signal was weak and loading slow. I will definitely use Japan Wireless again :)
