Everything was seamless from picking it up at the airport to posting it back. The wifi itself worked perfectly and was invaluable to our whole Japanese experience. Only watch out is be careful when charging that the cable is connected properly. Ours kept dropping out overnight so we wouldn't wake up to a full charge sometimes

I used your pocket wifi during my recent stay in Japan and I'm fully satisfied: good coverage and no need to use the second battery provided during the day with two devices connected.

it was of great help to us. Easy to use, and return back

5 etoiles rien a redire vraiment tres bon service

I was recommended this service before i went to Japan (first international trip) and it helped a novice like me stay connected to guides and maps and schedules which helped take all the worry out of travelling. I would recommend this service to anyone who will be visiting Japan!

Will highly recommend Japan Wireless! Seamless function and reliable service

It worked for me perfectly, the signal is very good, and the battery life is more than enough

Used for my trip with some friends and it was great. We all had amazing service and the battery lasted forever.

Seamless service and fantastic for cost-effective navigation of Japan.

Excellent product, always I was connected, connection nevera fail
