Great overall, sometimes disconnects and have to restart

We had no problems with the wifi machine we rented. Booth was easy to locate in the airport, they included an extra battery pack and it had a long power life. Thank you!

We have used Japan Wireless for our last 5 visits to Japan with both sims and pocket wifi. I always tell my friends who need advice on a trip to Japan to first visit Japan Wireless and make sure to get either a sim or a pocket wifi. Essential, life saving and great service every time! Thank you!

Loved it, great speeds, super convenient and portable

Absolute affordable and very fast and good service.

Easy to use, fast and efficient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Japan. Receiving and returning is also extremely easy. Five stars!

I've used Japan Wireless twice now and both their product and customer experience have been top notch. The rental units arrived on-time to the hotels I asked them to be delivered too, and I have had solid coverage from visits in cities from Tokyo up through Nikko, Sendai, Aomori, and into Hokkaido.

Japan Wireless is my go-to pocket WiFi when in Japan!

Perfect condition!
Perfect delivery!
Worked perfect!

This was a great help on my trip to Japan! Easy to use and carry! It was even easy to return! I would highly recommend it to everyone!

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless. Again, the order process was super easy and convenient.
Although it was too late to change my delivery to a different terminal at Narita the staff did their best and answered my questions.

Reliable pocket WiFi. We always had fast and reliable service wherever we went.
