Very easy to use and return

Japan Wireless is reasonably priced and dependable.

Ordered 2 units of mobile wi-fi. Arrived on hotel reception early so we get to pick it up as soon as we arrived. Provided pouch and powerbank meant we had full day wifi while touring Hokkaido. Highly recommended.
