Communication before arriving, during, and after with Japan wireless was solid. I used the WiFi pack just in Tokyo and it worked fine. The only time I lost coverage when I was 2 floors down in a restaurant.

I found this really helpful. I was travelling in rural locations and always had signal. With the spare battery attached, I had enough charge all day. I would recommend this product!

We rented a Wifi from this company for two weeks. It is very reliable. With the Wifi, we can easily go to anywhere in Japan with good communication and information. The cost is reasonable. It was easy to find the office to pick up the device and very easy to return it by putting it in a post box with a provided envelope. I highly recommend this company for renting a Wifi.
