Excellent! Very convient and worked great

The pocket wifi worked perfect for our trip to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Had it shipped to our first hotel and easily returned at the Osaka airport on our way home. Made more sense than getting SIM cards for 2 people. It's small size easily fit in our coat pocket. The battery lasted all day so we never even needed the extra power bank they give you. We will be using Japan Wireless pocket wifi on our next trip!

Excellent wifi in every place

The order process for Japan Wireless's portable wifi was easy and fuss-free, and being able to collect it at the airport's post office right after we landed was very convenient. The items came in a zipped pouch and simple step-by-step instructions for connection. They even provided a portable battery and charger! They came in handy on one of the days when we forgot to charge our wifi before heading out.

Otherwise, the wifi's main battery lasted an entire day despite having two mobile phones connected with heavy usage from GPS navigation. It also provided a strong and stable connection everywhere, including crowded places and subway stations. We never had to worry about losing connection or running out of battery throughout our trip. The return process was equally seamless. We packed the items in the return envelope provided and dropped them at the post box at the airport.

The price was a steal for the product's efficiency and the company's good communication and service. We highly recommend and will surely use their service again when we travel to Japan in the future!
