The internet worked every time, never slowed down, direkt usb adapter for charging in box and didn‘t even know the was an extra powerbank. Power lasted whole day, was a very good product

Was able to use the Wifi across the Kansai region. Didn't have problems with it all week long.

It was so handy to pick up at the airport to use Wi-Fi during my visit. Connection was stable and I could work anywhere.

good location to pick up & return the devices

This will be our 4th time using Japan-Wireless Wi-Fi.:Equipment is very good and customer assistance in resolving any issues is excellent.

Fantastic service - so easy to collect and return. Wifi reception was great. Will use again.

The whole process was so convenient. The service was fast and was reliable.

By far and hands down the best Wi-Fi device I ever rented! Super convenient and highly recommend for everyone more then one person so y’all can split the price

Had the pocket wifi delivered to my hotel and it was there waiting for me at check-in. This was despite the fact that I booked it that same morning.
The device couldn’t be easier to setup and connect. It worked perfectly everywhere we went and allowed us to navigate the streets and rode the trains all so easily. I would recommend this to anyone traveling to Japan and will be getting one again on my next trip!

Very efficient and affordable
