Avis

It was worth the $. I recommend getting the WiFi.

I was very happy with my wifi experience. Ordering it, the follow up and then picking it up at the airport was all a seemless, low stress experience.

When you pick up the wifi, there is a QR code to scan to immediately get you access. It worked beautifully. I shared the wifi with a friend and we had amazing wifi the entire trip no matter where we were. $66 for our trip divided by 2 was way cheaper than ATT $10 a day. Highly recommend, will use this again on my next trip. Had a charging cell to recharge, but never had to use, my unit held its charge the entire day. Very happy with my premium wifi.

Very easy to order. Pick up at terminal and got everywhere internet. Awesome!

Easy to pick-up and install.

Great service, easy to use

Wifi worked everywhere with three devices at least hooked on most of the time. It arrived super quickly (we only booked it one day in advance!).

It is perfect device

Pick up at the airport was a little tricky - took them awhile to find it. But everything else was as promised. Loved the return envelope service.

It is well worth purchasing the Japan Wireless from this website. They shipped it to the hotel with no problem. It had excellent service which allowed me to stay in contact with everyone back home. I also had no problems working out the website and how to order it.

I used the pocket wifi for eleven days and it was excellent. In the package was a case, a charging cable, plug, the router and a power bank. I found a single charge of the router was enough, I didn’t need to use the power bank unlike my friends whose router (from another company) ran out of charge very quickly. I thought the price was competitive, the return process very easy although you have no idea when you post it back, that it has been received. However it meant you could continue to use it right up until you arrived at the airport which was useful. I would definitely use Japan Wireless again.
